How long will my order take to reach me?
Please allow us up to 3 working days to make and package your fudge. After this we will send it out first class to you. If you order is urgent then please get in contact and we will see what we can do.
How long will my products last for?
Fudge, millionaires, tiffin and granola bars will have a shelf life of around 4 weeks. The raw cheesecakes will have a best before of 7 days.
Do I need to keep my products in the fridge?
The fudge does not need to be kept in the fridge but the millionaires , tiffin and granola will taste better is they are stored in the fridge. Don't worry about the fact they will have been out of the fridge on the journey to you, they will be fine! Just pop them in the fridge for a few hours before you eat them.
The Raw cheesecakes do need to be kept in the fridge. If you are not eating yours straight away we advise you to put it in the fridge as soon as possible after collection.
Are your products organic?
Around 90% of the ingredients we use are organic. We are unable to say this on the labels as we have not applied for certification yet but this is something we are working on!
Are your products all completely refined sugar free?
We mainly use coconut sugar and maple syrup as added sweeteners. We have recently begun to use unrefined demerara in some products. This is due to the spiralling costs of coconut sugar and it becoming harder to source. We feel that health wise there isn't a big difference between these 2 unrefined sugars and the combination of them leads to a very delicious taste! There is a small amount of cane sugar found in the dark chocolate that we use in some products. We are trying to find a suitable dark chocolate that is refined sugar free and still works well with our recipes.
Are you products suitable for diabetics?
We would not recommend the fudge, millionaires or tiffin for diabetics. Although coconut sugar does not cause the blood sugar to spike as much as refined sugar, these products are still high sugar foods!
We believe that the raw cheesecakes - sweetened only with maple syrup- are much better tolerated by diabetics (when eaten in moderation!)
